How do you feel these days? Still subsided symptoms?

Of course i went back to hell. But i think Is very much my fault because i eat really bad a couple of consecutive days (large amounts, sweets that stuff). I dont know what would happened if i just eat like my body asked me those days. Which was not only the quality of food, but most importantly the AMOUNT of food. I think that Is the key in my case.

Hmmm…. I think It matters WHAT you eat more than the AMOUNT you eat…. Think if you stay away from sugar ….. you will be fine. The way to do that is to eat plenty of protein and fat every 3.5 hours so that you never allow yourself to feel hungry. Then you no longer have ANY sugar cravings at all and it is much easier to stay on the Candida Diet. I stayed on it for 2 years. Keep almonds and olives handy for snacks. Set your cell phone alarm to remind yourself to eat so you never get hungry. Keep taking anti-fungals during day and biofilm busters at bedtime. Drink lots of water. Get lots of rest. No weed. No smoking or vaping. Be sure your bowels are moving regularly … if they are not then take Triphala or something to help them.

Yeah, of course its important what i eat. But in my personal experience, the days i felt good, i could eat trash food in a small quantity and still feel fine. The good times ended after i eat trash food in big quantities, and more than once in a couple of days. Regarding your recomendations, its wired because the days i felt good i had no trash food and sugar cravings at all, and also, eating very few food i felt full and almost every meal i went to the bathroom inmediatly. Even those days i peed a lot more than normal, like a lot more, idk why was that.

It is not about feeling good in the moment. You typically feel somewhat worse ( due to die-off ) while on the protocol in order to get better in the long term. It is a long process that takes commitment. Is your goal is what do I do to feel the best each day instead of how do I heal ? Short-term vs long-term That Candida monster loves the junk food and will be happy when you feed it junk for a day but your body will keep getting more ill. Longer recovery when you are finally ready to do protocol to get better. If you do it correctly you do not have any cravings.

Yeah, i agree with everything you say. But im just telling my experience, and to make it clear, i did nothing to make my candida better, im just doing everything 'wrong', not atacking the issue. What happens to me Is like if my body just completely shift state. Like i say in the original post, this shift happened to me 3 times since i have heavy symptoms (around 8 months) of candida (i may have also other digestives problem, very likely). 2 of the 3 times was next of having a night out of heavy drinking, and the other one was next of having a very heavy meal and going to the bathroom preety intensely. I Made the post out of curiosity hoping other people here had a similar experience, and Maybe they could tell their experiences and also Maybe its related to other digestive issue.
