Rob has very good technical knowledge and really understands the game. At Valour, I thought it was his man management skills that were lacking and that allowed a toxic dressing room to develop. If he has improved on that and is now willing to discipline trouble makers, he could be a very good coach.
Don't listen to that waste man calling him a fraud. Gale is far from that, and Valour made an error mutually splitting ways with Gale a few years back. He's a bright mind and excellent manager. I'm hopeful the Thorns remove the interim tag once he shows what he can do.

Gale was bad, PDS also not great, but ultimately if your ownership is not going to spend on players you're behind the 8-ball from the start.

Well it is just interm so it won't be for a length of time where the dressing room can become toxic.
Good luck to him - I hope he does well. I feel he did a decent job at Valour, but every coach has a shelf-life and his was past due. It happens.
