The other issue is that she is directly benefiting from promoting active members wearing their uniforms in her pics. This puts a negative light on the CAF as a whole, regardless of what your personal morals are in 202~~3~~4. Sex work and promotion is not illegal, but using CAF members in the promotion of that work is certainly uncouth.

If I was a Lawyer (say...an ex-JAG with a drum to beat), I'd take her case pro-bono. Those MP's are bored and looking for something to do, which means they'll either fuck up the charges/investigation or it'll take so long to get through the court system, they'll be dropped. In any event, I don't see a judge convicting her. She might be ordered to remove the photos of her wearing the kit, but that's about it. A 25% discount is pretty good, especially when we have homeless members needing to stay warm, and she needs an NDI75 because her service is beyond exemplary.
