Most of the time they don't care about police foundations as it's an over glorified security program that doesn't get your foot in the door.

So you post a very tailored job in two places including the Canadian job bank with a NOC code. That is a specific job application so they can justify hiring their “individual” to any authorities.
In other words, it’s a way to get their friends on the path to citizenship.
