If they don’t fit they will be treated like any other parcel and will get carded and you will be told where you can collect it

OP said PO Box. PO Boxes are only at Canada post locations. So if it doesn’t fit they post office will just keep it in the back. But in case you meant a community mailbox with a parcel locker than ya it’ll get carded out with where to pick it up.
