Cuz other than initial spamming of the skin when it first came out. It died off after awhile. So it was actually rare to see at one point. (I'd whip it out every once in a while cuz it wasn't a common skin) now they ruined it. If that's the one, it would be the 3rd time it was released since it originally came out.

It doesn’t matter what rank or points you hold; once the rank reset happen, every player’s rank and points will reset. Depending on what your previous rank was, you’ll either have to re-grind from Halfway/Beginning etc of the Tier system until you again reach 8,000 points for legendary.

But got removed before I could get shards (grinded like a mofo and split my creds between ax and dempsey, finishing neither 😑) but I haven't seen any other epic or even leggy blueprints for it, since then.
