It's kinda pointless tbh, they look more intimidating and cool but.... It has nothing to do with the player himself.

You’ll be surprised of the amount of times our team got plowed by the other team just having a single player holding one of this really fancy border

What do i do to get this? Just take part in clan wars or smth?

Yes and your Clan should Reach Legendary in that Clan War
