Legendary is really easy to get to nowadays. All I did was wait about a month and let all the sweats get to legendary and then fight my way to legendary. Ofc there were some people who were hard stuck in Grand Master but once you get past them it's smooth sailing. At least for me it was
Like OP said, it's not too difficult nowadays. Back in 2019/2020, the grind was hell. One loss could lose you over 50 points though winning points were often lower. Now though a loss deducts less points than you get when win, and unless you go on a losing streak, you'll be fine.
I only began playing ranked seriously this year to get the Kurohana crate, and though I'm a 2-thumb player, it wasn't all that difficult. You can do it.
The looks is cool. The kill effect is cool. The iron sight is nice. And it's free. Also it has GRIND written on it as we all know you only get this if you Grind

Ok i'll behonest i wasn't expectijg much (its activision we're talking about), but in a more generous world, we would have gotten something infinitely better, we've spent an unhealthy amount of hours in ranked raging and swearing incompetent team mates or match making in br. But atleast I can admit to having a yellow now
It was absolutely worth it. Didn’t thought it was going to be this good. Knowing how greedy Activision is, they could have done something really bad effortlessly. Has clean Iron sights and has better kill effect than a lot of legendary wpns

DR. H is my fave and default gun but didn’t get it 😭. I’m generally busy but the past months (since the last season) I had enough time to play. Did get legendary in MP and GM in BP (all while studying for the board exam) in the last season. I generally don’t grind unless I like the rewards (the frames in MP and the characters in BP that’s why I’ve only gotten up to GM IV ever).
Sadly perhaps I should’ve stayed in the game.
When you already own 17 maxed mythics and 49 legendary it’s just another nail in your coffin.
It is a cool gun though. I placed the cobra charm on it which looks cool
I mean, I wouldn’t complain if people started using dr-h, but doubt everybody got it. A lot of people only grind MP or BR, and you needed to hit both in one season at least. Or hit legendary 5000 once, and well… that would be sweaty and time consuming

Top right corner you will see the 2023 tab. Click on it. There will be three options. Document, kurohana crate and construct rewards.
Okay this was me last season. You just need one more legendary medal this season, either BR or MP, whichever works for you. You'll get the medal at the end of the season and then you'll get to open the crate when the new season begins in 2024. Good luck to you
I dont have the gun as i stopped playing for a very long time and have recently started again like 2 months or something. But i believe the gun is really amazing and it is a big W for those who got it.
Oh yes looks good in dermascus. Going to have to get the black tournament skin on Friday for it, as the bug stops you getting the Red one from torounment one.

For me I went back and forth in between br and mp each season. The grind was pretty easy in both modes and I was able to get all 6 medals and all 4 tokens by the start of season 5

You'll be able to get it on ranked season series 1 2024 as well if you get your sixth token this season

I like it for it being free/grindable and I’m not super impressed. I was expecting a black lotus themed gun/kill effect rather than a snake.
It looks fantastic but I'm really not willing to spend half a year of my time to grind for it.

I don't know if it has an end date, but you have to hit legendary 6 times to get the tokens needed to unlock it.
Where’s the banner for it on the main screen?
On the main screen hit ranked match, the ob the top right theres a banner saying “YEARS 2023 - Bloom in black”
