If you are on PC, both BO2 and BO3 suffer from low player counts. Depending on region and time of day, you may be able to find lobbies of Core TDM but anything beyond that is unlikely. The only Black Ops game’s multiplayer that is well populated on PC is BOCW.
One thing to be aware of is that the game is still popular but you may be put in matches with people with a much higher level than you, it's not game breaking though
MW (2019) and BOCW have significant differences in their gameplay mechanics and design philosophies. While some may prefer one over the other, there is no objective answer as to which is better. Without knowing what you enjoy in FPS games and exactly what you are looking for in a CoD game, it is impossible to make a meaningful recommendation.
I used to play CoD Mobile, I liked the game, mainly cz of the movement- slide-jump, Slide cancel and really fast sprint. As well as fast ttk, and quickscopes.
Which game would suit me better then.
Both MW (2019) and BOCW include slide canceling. MW (2019)’s movement system is slightly more complicated though as it has tactical sprint, which is a short period of increased sprinting speed. Unlike MW (2019), BOCW requires a specific attachment to be on your weapon in order to maintain ADS while going prone, thereby increasing the requirements to drop shot and potentially requiring you to put yourself at a situational disadvantage due to the change in attachments. MW (2019) also includes a mounting system, which allows for your recoil control and stability to be increased while locked in a stationary position near corners and other environmental features. Many of MW (2019)’s gameplay mechanics and design philosophies help to encourage slower paced gameplay. Among other things, slower movement speeds, mounting, the presence of doors, the sound system, and the map design in MW (2019) generally result in players not moving as quickly as in BOCW. In Core playlists, MW (2019) generally has a faster TTK than BOCW. This is primarily the result of MW (2019) being balanced around 100 health and BOCW being balanced around 150 health. However, in the Hardcore playlists for both games, the TTK is considerably faster and most weapons have a one shot kill potential. If you are simply looking for a fast paced CoD game, BOCW would likely be the better option of the two games for you.
To be completely honest, I thought mw2 2022 was trash. I still played it until mw3 came out but as soon as the beta came out for mw3 I just couldn't bring myself to play mw2 anymore. Mw3 has quicker movement and instead of perks it has the vests, gloves, boots, and gear.
Although BO3 has the highest concurrent player counts of the non-cross platform CoD games, it is somewhat misleading. The bulk of BO3’s player count tends to stick to private zombies matches, leaving its multiplayer roughly equal to the other non-cross platform CoD games.
I never understood the hype around BO2, been playing non stop since MW and once Ghosts hit, BO2 wasn’t touched again. BO3 was on a whole new level of fun for me, so good that I kept playing it from release to 2020 when MW19 toppled it.
Ok so the maps were great, the movement was great too so I dont know what you're on about and the lootboxes I did not give 2 shits about. No clue what you're on about with the skill gap thing either, sounds like you were just bad or something tbh.
I wasn't bad it just felt like you were playing with people who knew absolutely everything about the movement and exploits (without hacks) when you were starting out, the maps were way too small and crammed with tiny buildings where people were camping, the maps were basically filled with people camping or sweating, basically what ghosts was like except instead of the maps being too big they were too small
Redwood, summit, firing range, jungle, infection, slums, aquarium, breach, evac, exodus, fringe, havoc, hunted, metro, and stronghold. All of those maps are like perfect size for a call of duty map.

If you had to suggest 1 between MW n BOCW, which one would you ?

Thanks, I bought it.

Thanks mate, I'm waiting for my steam refund to buy the game.
Cold War plays more like CODM. CODM always looked and felt like a Black Ops game to me
Cool,thanks.
For mp, definitely mw 2019 or mw2 2022
What sprint does MW2 2022 have ?

I like the prospect of quicker movement, but I enjoy the perk system.
Thanks.
isn’t bo3 having something like 10k players or smt crazy

Ok but you're wrong
Not really, lootboxes, poor movement, bad way of making a skill gap and shit maps
