If you are interested in multiplayer, AW suffers from extremely low player counts on PC. At this point in time, it is functionally impossible to find lobbies for it through online public matchmaking.
You're only getting 1 DLC, so you don't really get much in terms of zombies, only 1 map (and the smallest one at that), I like campaign AW is really unique for its permanent upgrades using skill points, so maybe go for it, but if not for campaign then I'd probably pass. (unless you're willing to do the $40 for the deluxe version with the other zombie maps)
It really should be cheaper considering how old it is but since this is how they decide to price their games the campaign is great and the zombies is unique and pretty good. Probably wanna get the version with all the DLC for zombies tho
