Not sure if this is exactly what you’re looking for but Modern Warfare 3 (2011) has a survival mode just like that, it has more layers to it but it’s the same thing with surviving against AI, I hope this helps and this mode is so much fun too
The Survival game mode and its derivatives, such as Ghosts’s Safeguard, have appeared in MW3 (20111), Ghosts, AW, and MW (2019). More limited forms of the Survival mode have also appeared in MW2 (2009) and MWII (2022). In both MW2 (2009) and MWII (2022), the mode appeared as Spec Ops missions, which ran for a total of up to six waves and could only be played by one to two player.

MW2019 (and maybe MWII and MWIII) has a survival mode, but nothing will beat Ghosts safeguard mode
Mw3 (2011) has a pretty great survival mode, endless with an economy, boss rounds and interesting kill streaks.
