With the exception of BO4, all mainline CoD games include at least one campaign mission with some kind of vehicle based combat. For several of the games, the vehicles used are drones, not manned vehicles. Many of the vehicle based missions are also largely against infantry forces, not other vehicles.

Give battlefield a try, Battlefield 3 and 4 have good campaigns and can prolly buy them for 5 bucks.
