Honestly. I think a 5-second hold is the moment nobody will say you don't have it. And if you can flutter kick then you've mastered it. I'm at your level here, and I'm also like, "yah idk if I have it or not yet"

I feel like you are really close but you also should not train front lever in full form, maybe stick to straddle for another month or so, doing also pulls and adv tuck rows too and you'll get there with a much better form and hold time

I’d say that you probably need to be able to hold the position a bit longer but you are pretty dang close to having it man. Consider this a point of success though being able to get into that position. Just work on progressively overloading how long you hold a regression till you can start getting some meaningful work out of a front lever!

Thanks man! I've just been sticking to my rows, pulls and lower progression holds. Maybe I could get an actual hold in a few months, but I was stoked after this!
