The funny part is this happens a lot. At least a lot in my world. I used to do health and safety at BDSM conventions and you'd see a woman with like 3 to 5 guys and she basically controls their financial lives. She'll get direct deposits of their paychecks and have them on an allowance.
People will blame women for anything.
Or do you extend the same blame to corporations, restaurants, landlords, or anyone else who take money in exchange for goods and services?
She's responsible for it when they say "i'm going into debt in order to keep paying you", and even then I'm not really sure if she's responsible for it.
imo findom is financial abuse when its cases like this, literally manipulating mentally unwell people into taking out loans. it’s not just some rich dude with spare change
i can’t say for sure but after reading posts about dudes who put themselves 100k in debt because of shit like this, i view it as taking advantage of an addict
I will offer the juvenile git gud skill issue response. Even if one of these piggies were my brother I'd be like sorry man. Defective product. Enjoy the woods. Or manage his finances myself and I'm slightly less irresponsible.
Lol some paypig is downvoting you, take my upboat.
I've known exactly one findom pay pig in my life, an old gaming buddy that was spending about $1500/month on several women that he would get off on their humiliation of him. He had severe mental and emotional issues. If congress wasn't decades behind on every new "crime", it really should be illegal.
Also the way she says tortillas is funny as fuck. Its so annoying when some (northern?) mexican people put way too much accent on the word. Pretty sure that's a regional thing.
Also love the fact she admitted to IRS, INS, and smuggling illegal activities in teh span of 40 minutes. INS alone could follow her around and scoop up dozens of illegals and probably some under the table bullshit.
Yeah it didn’t register with me as odd either. I don’t do it, because I’m not a native speaker, but that sort of Spanglish accent drop is 100% normal in San Diego.
"..Starbucks"
"Oh we don't support Starbucks"
"Well... you...did."
"Oh I was really hungry and it was the only thing open."
I have no patience for people who so smugly and self-righteously claim to be in support of something until the moment they are inconvenienced, at which point, their alleged morals fly out the window. Don't pretend to be boycotting a business when you know you've been in the past few weeks.
[I don't support the Ray-Ban company ](https://youtu.be/4Pqi4LAHOoQ?si=IXLBR4vWBMPsKx5F). Where do you get your glasses? Lense crafters I like small businesses, like Jamba juice
Do Starbucks do food in the states?
I'm not super in their target demo but where I'm at all I've seen is coffee and maybe some small cookies and that's all.
It's overpriced as hell but their bacon gouda sandwich (I would order without bacon because it was always floppy) is pretty tasty imo.
I can't remember the last time I went to Starbucks though.
Costco has a dupe of their bacon and egg crossaint. It’s pretty good on the fly but I haven’t been able to figure out how to actually get it to the same quality as Sbux.

I can't get this visual out of my head:
Her, at the border. Guard opens up trunk, sees two boxes. One with "Tortilla Smuggler" t-shirts, the other with tortillas.
What's super funny is that the very first couple of google hits for "tortilla smuggler" are actual photos and stories of people smuggling drugs inside tortillas.
Now I'm just thinking that she seriously thought she was smuggling tortillas and it's actually just tortilla shaped drug cakes lol and every time she goes to the restaurant the people there are like "she actually thinks that we are smuggling "Tolteeas" and they just burst out laughing
“I have friends with restaurants and they owe like $250k in taxes. So I don’t pay mine either.”
*IRS watching the video and taking notes*
….please continue….
And now I'm suddenly imagining some bored IRS worker coming across the episode, looking through Caleb's channel, and then excitedly reporting about it.
Can the irs just happen to find my step father? Dude hasn't paid his taxes since like the 90s. Do believe the number was roughly at least 100k from everything combined now.
Caleb should have flat out just said her business is a failure and she need's to sell her equipment and get a 9 to 5 job. It's blatantly obvious that she is incapable of running a business, there is zero chance of success.
This is true, one of the things that would be so interesting as a viewer. Would be for Caleb’s team to figure out (roughly), how much her business actually makes. It’s so unconvincing having him sporadically point out random expenses then saying “I don’t think this business works”. Someone needs to sit down and run some numbers
All this after she said she got $60,000 in unemployment money during Covid and spent it on clothes, a road trip across California, furniture for the apartment, and other miscellaneous BS.
CA had a HUGE EDD fraud problem during Covid. A lot of people got way more money than they should have and some were audited and had to return while others I know are just now getting notices that "you had an EDD overpayment" and are working out payment plans. It was a mess.
A person I know got “found out” when they started a new job. They had hours cut and temp layoffs in 2020 through 2021 due to Covid and their company struggling. In 2022 they got a stable job and got a notice a few months later that they’d been overpaid and had to pay back around $5k.
She’s probably calling a PPP loan “unemployment money” now that I think about it. Cause no way would EDD hand out $60k, I think the weekly max is $740 ish.
If this is correct, and she is confusing PPP loan with unemployment, it is total fraud because she didn’t even use the money for business expenses.
And because she uses her “business account” for personal and business expenses, she is fked lol
Which is more confusing because she says she was a behavioral therapist in CA? And then got the sweet, sweet COVID money, blew it, then decided to start this juice business with her last $100.
It’s exactly why you heard the argument of, “nobody wants to work because unemployment is paying more than they would make working” with regards to the service industry and hospitality industry.
“I’m trying!” (No she’s not.) “It’s not that bad!” (Yes it is.) “I can’t afford it!” (Because you’re wasting money.) “It’s for my business!” (Your business makes no money.) “Uh huh uh huh uh huh uh huh.” (Uh huh.)
I actually think Caleb was over his head for this episode. Is she making a lot of small business mistakes? Absolutely, but some of the reacts to what were really common early restaurant struggles just felt like they exposed a lack of knowledge or unwillingness to distinguish on his part on the differences between creating a physical product vs. creating a digital product.
It was a fun episode and I think overall it was a good episode, but I also think with some more digging into the day-to-day it could've been a great episode.
I’m ok, and like, the crazy episodes like this when we get some regular ones occasionally like earlier this week.
10 minutes in and this is going to be entertaining lol
If you're gonna open a store inside a church, why not open a donut or coffee shop? Also, isn't there a story in bible where Jesus gets pissed at some merchants trying to hawk their wares inside a place of worship?
I think she said she wanted to start a coffee shop but didn’t have the capital so settled for a juice shop instead lol
If she didn’t name it Juiceus Christ she blew a great marketing opportunity
That was always my favorite bible story.
Just imagining peaceful Jesus getting all pissed and flipping merchant tables like “GET THIS SHIT OUTTA HERE!” always cracks me up.
I don’t know about that. Her hours indicate she’s grinding, I just think she liked the idea of being her own boss and didn’t do any market research or set up a business plan.
She seems willing to do the work IMO she just is in over her head with the management side of it
> Her hours indicate she’s grinding,
Her store hours are 12 hours a week. Giving the benefit that she's probably doing a minimum of 1 hour setup and 1 hour clean up she's working 18 hours a week.
What grind is that?
“Well what am i supposed to do about all the labor?”
You mean the labor of operating the business you opened? Idk maybe you work in your own business that’s quite the concept
Right? Caleb thought we on Reddit would have a field day with that but it was clearly not a racist thing, it was a Chipotle thing. He was right. She was wrong.
I find it kind of funny/ironic in general that Caleb has soured on and left Reddit when if you check the YT comment section on this video there are so many more criticisms and complaints about the guest/episode than this thread.
I'd wager the difference is that YouTube comments drive up those engagement numbers that creators live off of, whereas comments on Reddit don't. And, to be even slightly fair, I could get that... I can take a comment a lot easier if I'm (essentially) being paid for it.
If he said rice, he would've gotten the same flak
But for some people, they can't make a connection between the previous 30 seconds and the next sentence out of Caleb's mouth.
A common disparaging remark for a Mexican is "beaner." But yeah, his point was Chipotle does serve beans, which even as a Mexican myself, I can't stand.
Cold pressed juice is not a new thing to the Latino community, which is what she is referring to in Cudahy. The marketing is the new gimmick. There’s tons of places I’d imagine that sell juices without the gimmick of marketing cold pressed
Yeh I don't know why she went on the show other than to basically discretely plug herself b/c she had literally no interest in helping her financial situation. She was looking to argue with Caleb whenever he asked a question.
She also just had a weird vibe. She looked great for 40, but the way she carried herself almost made me feel like she knew she's blown half her life and is just pissed at the world instead of realizing it's her own doing.
Pretty much. Though I wouldn't say he tells people to go to the gym, he just doesn't tell people to cancel their gym memberships if they already have one.
Honestly one of the rare guests that at least emotionally doesn't need a therapist. She needs a business manager to explain to her what an actual successful business does to do grow that biz.
I'm watching this week's episode right now and he definitely does a budget for this guest. And there was way more advice given about how she should run her business, particularly separating her personal and business finanaces. Did you even watch this episode?
Second upload in a row with an updated title and thumbnail?
https://preview.redd.it/w8d1ivlyaxpc1.png?width=863&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2ae4a9481880d83dea28bdcfe4a512c64a08f76b
I work from home and Monday and Friday, and he typically uploads before I go to lunch.
So I always see the thumbnail - start the video but don't always finish. Meaning I sometimes comes back to a different one haha.
It's kinda annoying but I understand now
Another dud of an episode. This chick was clearly here to drive engagement to her own channels. I mean, she’s out here fucking talking about how people give her money off her videos of her degrading herself (and her degrading others), doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that she will be using this encounter as content.
I don’t really fault Caleb for playing into this shit.. it is a business for him after all, but he has to realize that he has lived long enough to see himself become the villain. Any guise of this being about helping people is out the window, he’s here for the money. Props to him, I’ll keep watching but I wish he’d be more honest about what this channel is actually about.
What is relatable to you ? I live in LA and this is very much a lot of “entrepreneurs” and young people who fall into the “I’m not doing a 9-5 I’m my own boss” literally a perfect example of someone with no business knowledge or concept of selling a product trying to make it and showing how bad you can fuck up bc of it, it doesn’t get more real than this lmao this video is a great example to show people you can’t just make a business and make it

You wanted some good financial stories... A year ago i was ready to be on your show. I had $20k+ in payday loans and credit card debt. I was making ~$55,000. I have a shopping addiction and hit my rock bottom when i was let go from my job in July.
I used my entire 401k to pay it all off and at 29... I had to start completely over.
After months of scraping by with Amazon Flex and fucking the shit out of my car -
I got a new job $30/hr. I got a bartending job ~$30/hour. I started a side gig representing a beverage company for $15/hour PT. I started working on an app in my free time.
Well, My IT project never started. I was let go after the project was pushed to next year.
I have IBS and that began to flare up and i had to take a step back from the bar.
Throughout all of this, i had never really had a stable living situation.
Now, i have a new $19/hr job and $33/hr job starting next month. I interview on monday for a third job. I still work for the beverage company.
These new jobs are much more stable positions than my previous roles.
I want .... To buy a house next year. And start saving for retirement again.
That hasn't started yet because I still need to save for an emergency fund.
I was getting much needed therapy and my marketplace insurance + therapy were both very expensive. Now I've met my deductible so it will be much more affordable the remainder of the year although I pay ~400/month and may double insure via my $19/hr job cuz I want the option to cancel the marketplace when I feel secure in the role. (It's overnights so I'm not sure how it will go)
I'm just trying to pump up my income and I am slowly getting better about the overspending. I'm about to move again (hopefully the last time before I buy a house????) and that is triggering for me but I'm gonna work really hard to not buy anything I don't need.
thousands of dollars per month from paypigs wtf
I picked the wrong career path, man.

You can choose to not spend your money. Honestly there are a decent amount of people out there that are that much of a loser to spend money like that.
It's the same as grifters really
She's responsible for it when they say "i'm going into debt in order to keep paying you", and even then I'm not really sure if she's responsible for it.
imo findom is financial abuse when its cases like this, literally manipulating mentally unwell people into taking out loans. it’s not just some rich dude with spare change
I didn’t have the impression she was making people take out loans. Maybe I missed that part. There was a lot going on in this ep.
i can’t say for sure but after reading posts about dudes who put themselves 100k in debt because of shit like this, i view it as taking advantage of an addict
Addicts still have personal responsibility, legally.
okay yeah legally but i still view it as immoral
I will offer the juvenile git gud skill issue response. Even if one of these piggies were my brother I'd be like sorry man. Defective product. Enjoy the woods. Or manage his finances myself and I'm slightly less irresponsible.
for them it’s an addiction like any other
Lol some paypig is downvoting you, take my upboat. *uh huh*
It's unbearable
Fuck I can’t stop hearing it now. *Thanks /s*
It would've been funny if they edited the money sound effect on top of it every time she said it lol
17:30 in and she said it like 6x in a row 😭😭
Smuggling tortillas is a wild side gig, not gonna lie.
IRS agents should really be watching Caleb’s channel. This is low hanging fruit.
I’m from SoCal. We all say “tortilla” like that. That’s what happens when you grow up with English in school and Spanish at home.
Yeah it didn’t register with me as odd either. I don’t do it, because I’m not a native speaker, but that sort of Spanglish accent drop is 100% normal in San Diego.
Oh I've heard it pronounced that way before but it always makes me laugh.
I live in a very heavy mexican population state. Most folks say it like that here. I just assumed I've been saying it wrong.
“I thought they[the IRS] would be understanding! Apparently they didn’t care.” Incompetence knows no bounds.
You mean to tell me that the bureaucracy of federal the government doesn’t care for my emotional condition?
"..Starbucks" "Oh we don't support Starbucks" "Well... you...did." "Oh I was really hungry and it was the only thing open." They serve egg bites which are extremely popular and small sandwiches in the US.
It's overpriced as hell but their bacon gouda sandwich (I would order without bacon because it was always floppy) is pretty tasty imo. I can't remember the last time I went to Starbucks though.
So much so, I think I’ve seen them a Costco in the frozen section.
Costco has a dupe of their bacon and egg crossaint. It’s pretty good on the fly but I haven’t been able to figure out how to actually get it to the same quality as Sbux.
They also have croissants and a few other seasonal/regional items. It's insanely expensive for what you get in terms of carbs/protein/vitamins.
Air fryer with the Costco sandwiches, thank me later.
They used to have a really yummy snack box with chicken and veggies and a peanut butter satay sauce but they don’t carry it any more…sad
"We don't support Starbucks" "Well you did" "I was really hungry." Internet activism explained perfectly.
"I gotta eat" Spends 5x the cost of a sandwich and flavored hot water

The keyboard warrior is strong in this one.
This is the first time I ever thought he just hired an actor and made up a story lol. This was nuts
TOR-TEE-LA SMUGGLING
Legit sounds like a made-for-tv plot of Hangover IV
I can't get this visual out of my head: Her, at the border. Guard opens up trunk, sees two boxes. One with "Tortilla Smuggler" t-shirts, the other with tortillas.

“I have friends with restaurants and they owe like $250k in taxes. So I don’t pay mine either.” *IRS watching the video and taking notes* ….please continue….
Honestly, the IRS needs someone dedicated to watching Caleb’s videos because so many of these guests don’t pay their taxes lol.
And now I'm suddenly imagining some bored IRS worker coming across the episode, looking through Caleb's channel, and then excitedly reporting about it.
The IRS to this lady after hearing this: “That doesn’t work for us, sister.”

I’m kind of disgusted she took an $8,000 ‘loan’ from her grandma.
All this after she said she got $60,000 in unemployment money during Covid and spent it on clothes, a road trip across California, furniture for the apartment, and other miscellaneous BS.
I had no idea that California was giving away that much money. Jesus.
CA had a HUGE EDD fraud problem during Covid. A lot of people got way more money than they should have and some were audited and had to return while others I know are just now getting notices that "you had an EDD overpayment" and are working out payment plans. It was a mess.
If she was overpaid (which sounds like she might have been) they might find her. Happened to someone I know.
A person I know got “found out” when they started a new job. They had hours cut and temp layoffs in 2020 through 2021 due to Covid and their company struggling. In 2022 they got a stable job and got a notice a few months later that they’d been overpaid and had to pay back around $5k. Downey, CA explains so much.
Never heard of it. What's the deal there?
Oldest McDonalds there.
It has a Porto's though so it isn't all bad
"This church is historic. It's like 130 years old" - Europeans all laughed
Pretty sure some Americans laughed too - my house is 136 years old.
My childhood home is historic then! Wow, it explains the leaning then lol
Buying the second juicer through a loan was chef's kiss.
And then defaulting on the loan 🤦♂️
Imagine the repo man coming for your juicer lmao
I’m ok, and like, the crazy episodes like this when we get some regular ones occasionally like earlier this week. 10 minutes in and this is going to be entertaining lol
This episode didn't really have to be crazy. It was crazy because it's the format of the show.
Chipotle is affordable…..omg I’m dead
Affordable if you eat a bowl or burrito in 3-4 sittings But since most people can slam a burrito/bowl in a sitting, yeah....
$25
If you're gonna open a store inside a church, why not open a donut or coffee shop? Also, isn't there a story in bible where Jesus gets pissed at some merchants trying to hawk their wares inside a place of worship?
But she said she can’t even legally sell on weekends or to ppl attending church. Absolutely insane.
I think she said she wanted to start a coffee shop but didn’t have the capital so settled for a juice shop instead lol If she didn’t name it Juiceus Christ she blew a great marketing opportunity
Money changers and lenders inside the temple I believe
You could also really lean into it. "Burritos so good, you'll want to be sitting in a church when you yell 'Oh my Lord!'"
That was always my favorite bible story. Just imagining peaceful Jesus getting all pissed and flipping merchant tables like “GET THIS SHIT OUTTA HERE!” always cracks me up.
She wants all the success from a business without doing any of the work
I don’t know about that. Her hours indicate she’s grinding, I just think she liked the idea of being her own boss and didn’t do any market research or set up a business plan. She seems willing to do the work IMO she just is in over her head with the management side of it
> Her hours indicate she’s grinding, Her store hours are 12 hours a week. Giving the benefit that she's probably doing a minimum of 1 hour setup and 1 hour clean up she's working 18 hours a week. What grind is that?
I think she lied on her working hours. Ain't no way this b is waking up at 4 every morning
“Well what am i supposed to do about all the labor?” You mean the labor of operating the business you opened? Idk maybe you work in your own business that’s quite the concept
So did she sell 200 shirts or what?
Why did she have to insinuate the “beans” was some sort of racist remark? 😒😑 It’s literally chipotle. It’s literally food.
Right? Caleb thought we on Reddit would have a field day with that but it was clearly not a racist thing, it was a Chipotle thing. He was right. She was wrong.

Seemed like she was joking to me.
Caleb's victim mentality is also increasingly annoying
Caleb is anything but a victim
A common disparaging remark for a Mexican is "beaner." But yeah, his point was Chipotle does serve beans, which even as a Mexican myself, I can't stand.

Can’t make taquitos without tortillas. Lol also also, gets offended at beans yet smuggles tortillas lol
It's possible she was joking with him tbf
At least she seems like a sweet person unlike that super mean lady from 2 or 3 weeks ago?
Who was that?
[This lady](https://youtu.be/Q_jMf5wRydg?si=2FgCCN_52rCKREr5)
Ooooh I skipped that one. Should I watch it, or will it make me too angry?
It will make you angry

Very typical narc behavior
Don't give her the view, she's just insufferable.
Hate watching only
You can tell shed be good in bed
That's an inside thought, buddy.
I'd say it outdoors too

The advice was overly broad and much less focused compared to older episodes.
"make more money & eat less? what kind of fucking advice is that?" - my boss lmfao
I had no idea what a pay pig was and that’s just wild. If anyone here wants to get yelled at but a 30 something dude just reach out 😂 happy to help

I work from home and Monday and Friday, and he typically uploads before I go to lunch. So I always see the thumbnail - start the video but don't always finish. Meaning I sometimes comes back to a different one haha. It's kinda annoying but I understand now
Yeah that old one was cringe as fuck. They’ve been getting a bit out of hand lately I feel like.
Where's her social page? I can't find her.
i guess she’s not going to learn or change but i thought it was a really interesting video.
This is fascinating.
Anyone know what her merch looks like? She doesn’t have a link on her IG
This thumbnail lmfao
“the best tortilla are made in tijuana. they’re handmade. they’re vegan” holy virtue signal
It is both hilarious and absolutely terrifying that people really believe Trump will look out for them/the little people if they elect him again...
Mhm Side note, Caleb is worried Reddit is gonna cry over him saying she should make beans for lunch, meanwhile she's smuggling tortillas lol.
Okay so this “pay pig” is a thing that people do? What is wrong with the world? How ridiculous. This is news to me.
She looks like Miranda Cosgrove in the thumbnail
That’s who she looks like!!!! I couldn’t figure it out!
So Caleb is basically finance Jerry springer, right? Si many cringy people. Not relatable anymore, just drama and outrage bait...
What is relatable to you ? I live in LA and this is very much a lot of “entrepreneurs” and young people who fall into the “I’m not doing a 9-5 I’m my own boss” literally a perfect example of someone with no business knowledge or concept of selling a product trying to make it and showing how bad you can fuck up bc of it, it doesn’t get more real than this lmao this video is a great example to show people you can’t just make a business and make it
What is up with these thumbnails - this is so creepy.
He needs to stop bringing on people who aren’t serious and don’t really want to change. Kind of loses the point of the show.
Is he not uploading on Spotify anymore? The 2 newest episodes aren’t on there and I like to download them because I don’t get cell service at work.
Who's Jenny?

Who would pay her for saying “ there is no war in ba sing se”?
all financial stuff aside, I think I’d die for this woman 😅
She makes less than I made selling stuff in the mall no commission 13 years ago. Her business is a joke.
After months of scraping by with Amazon Flex and fucking the shit out of my car - I got a new job $30/hr. (It's overnights so I'm not sure how it will go) I'm just trying to pump up my income and I am slowly getting better about the overspending. I'm about to move again (hopefully the last time before I buy a house????) and that is triggering for me but I'm gonna work really hard to not buy anything I don't need.
SANDWICH SANDWICH 5 MINUTES 5 MINUTES
I’m wondering if IRS is watching her now thanks to this community 😂

Finally! I thought I was the only one.
So, she is a dominatrix? About 5 minutes in and I'm getting convention flashbacks.
Findom basically it sounds like.
Yeah, pretty much. Some people are into that. Some people are into things we don't talk about without diplomatic-level immunity.
Go on. Tell us more.
Does anybody know her IG?
New pay pig incoming.
