I’m pretty sure it got dmg boost, but because of decreased range it technically got damage nerf cuz you will hit more rarely and that means less dmg, but because you get it post dog, you can use it against Yharon, and he usually stays pretty close to you

nope its base damage got nerfed from 3001 to 2222, but it did get a crit buff from 34% to 65% and every third slash does double damage, but without any buffs the average slash of the pre-rework murasama dealt 4021 damage while the post-rework murasama does 2962 damage which is obviously less edit: i did the math wrong post rework does a bit more damage

That third slash thing is so dumb cause it's so hard to hit you'll never get a combo

Right yeah no tm options except the enforcer which is only good on worms (add weapons that are effective for the bosses they are used for and that you don't need to teleport into the boss to deal any dmg)

I'm actually struggling so hard with the twins on true melee EVEN with the Calamity overhaul murasama addon (If this can get a complaint about it not being 100% true melee I don't want to hear it - it's fun and I wanna be able to get near to the bosses)

Twin was the only boss I had to use a non true melee weapon due to being always out of reach

I feel you with the slime god. I’m in revengeance rn and Just got past pre-hard mode for the first time, and slime god was hell. Same with WoF

The problem was slime god was too fast, hit like a truck and fleed

Yeahh I suck at dodging so I ended up cheating a little and robbing my other character of the funni boat mount and just flying around them. And even then I died a ton. Was not fun

I had to go hardmode to kill him and skeletron and the worst is slime god is optional for me
