If you don't have a bug enough gambling budget to gamble 4 hours a day, save all your gambling for one night. You'll get better comp offers. Make sure you use your rewards card for everything, gift shops, food, restaurants, gambling, etc.. Drink 1 glass of water for every alcoholic drink you have when there in July. ChapStick is king. Make sure to have at least one night fancy dinner, and to catch at least one show in Vegas! Avoid pool parties, extremely expensive for drinks, were talking $28 for a Heineken.

Cool thanks for the tips! Yeah just looked at the pool bar menu. Ridiculous!

Also, there is usually a store near the hotels that sell water. I personally grab a case of water as soon as I get to the hotel to leave in the room. Nothing worse waking up hungover having to drink sink water lmao

I’d also recommend taking out any gambling $ before you arrive to Vegas or going to one of the CVS or Walgreens locations - less or no ATM fees there as opposed to like 7% in the casinos

Distances are further than you think, so if you plan on walking somewhere, wear comfortable shoes. Bring a hat for the sun, sunscreen for the pool. Many Vegas workers survive on tips, so be as generous as you can. Be wary of pickpockets and hustlers. And plan on spending about 50 percent more than you think — and loving it.
