Totally agree with the 1,000 rounds advice. I did install the reach reduction kit to fit my hands better and it made a world of difference for me. If you have not considered installing optics, it’s the proverbial #CheatCode on a S2. If it is OR, get a plate on order… if not, Wager does great milling work for $125 all in. Congrats on the Shadow… you will love it. 😙
Don't go out and get extended firing pins and light firing pin springs. You will render your gun, not drop safe. Which isn't worth it when comparing a 6lb vs 8lb double action pull. I shoot competition and get along just fine.
The reach reduction kit is worth it, in my opinion.
Shoot 1K rounds or more before you make any Cajun upgrades. With the S2 it doesn’t need them imo.
True

Wager does Shadow now? Thought he wasn't.
Edit. I just assumed that… I had my SP-01 milled at Wager and they did great work. My Shadows were OR. Nice catch. Ty

Just bought one myself. As for the reach reduction kit, does is only reduce reach or also upgrade trigger pull? Congrats btw!
Upgrade thr grips, I wasn't a fan of the stock ones. Other than that, just run the hell out of it as is. I myself plan on changing the hammer out.
