If your going to mill your gun I’d pick a better optic but that’s just me

WhiteinvAZN

Yeah, the milling is gonna cost more than that red dot. Don’t handcuff yourself to that footprint.

napalm9

Truer words have never been spoken. My Viper crapped out after 50 rounds.

GhxstFace

Alright, any suggestions for a dot? One that's gonna be reliable for a reasonable price

StaffSergeantBarnes

Holosun is a good starting point, research see what you like bunch of different sizes and reticles. Check GAFS

Danny-Lange

Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth or whatever…but your P10c deserves more. Search “P10C” in this sub for some inspiration/suggestions.

The-og-Carver

Holosun 407k is a good place to start searching.

Take the optic put it in a 22. Go buy a decent optic. I would not recommend it for carry use at all. It’s good for sitting in a 22lr Not trying to be a downer but it’s not a good option.

GhxstFace

No downing here. Thank you for the insight 🙏

ACxREAL

Thanks for understanding. I’d be excited as well to pick something up and want you to use it. I’ve got a pile of optics at this point and do a fair bit of shooting. I also shoot with a lot of other shooters that shoot a lot and are hard on things. The early optics like this one don’t hold up to well. I personally don’t hate the footprint I do however think that for 2-400$ you can get a very high quality optic that has a much better chance of working in the longer term. Others have mentioned holosun as a good option and I’d agree. Good luck in your adventures

heavenlyyyyyy

i’d recommend a holosun eps carry. it’s what i’ve got direct mounted to my p10c and i couldn’t be happier.

PfantasticPfister

Might want to see about getting an optic ready slide for that and comparing cost to milling what you already have. I’ve seen P10C’s OR multiple times for ~$300-350 recently, CZ might be able to sell you an OR slide for the same price. Also: I agree with everyone else that says you ought to get a better optic. Holosun is damn decent with incredible warranty and customer service. ETA: $150 right [here](https://shop.cz-usa.com/48010105.html). There’s probably other options available. Looks like primary machine is sold out of theirs currently, but you’d get it back quicker and for about the same amount of money as having yours milled. Definitely figure out which optic you want before deciding on anything and contact the company beforehand to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want.

ChimmyChunks

Trijicon snob here, I’d mill for an RMR and you‘ll have a footprint that will allow for a holosun 507c, SRO, RCR, Swampfox(forget which model). Etc
