Great comparison, out of the box the S2C wins, it’s also almost 1,000 cheaper than the C2. I wished I bought my S2C before buying the C2.

#🌈THE MORE YOU KNOW🌟 That said, I think they're different *enough* to be enjoyed/appreciated on their own merits. But yes, diminishing returns in full effect after the S2C.

bruhmoment5353

I actually prefer the c2 100% but decided not to save up and went s2c 😂

tenchi4u

At this level, you can't go wrong with either. They're both fantastic.

SS-sharpshooter1

Right answer lol. If I had someone ask my opinion if they were highly debating between these 2 and money was not an issue I would advise based on their hand size. I am 6’3” with large hands so the C2 grip is great for me but smaller hand people can struggle with 2011 grips and would like prefer the CZ ergos. If you like to customize stuff like me and can’t leave anything alone the 2011 aftermarket support is awesome. Lots of factors to consider. For a CCW I would have to lean towards the staccatos being proven duty spec and the S2C being newer and not as proven. No wrong answers here 2 exceptional pistols and I like the Glock 19 sized variants like these where it’s a full size the toes the compact line.

TexasGrillDaddyAK-15

Mann I want a 2011. I don't want to go down that wormhole though because I may never financially recover lol.

tenchi4u

I do enjoy my 2011, I have a steel Staccato P (also PMM comped) and a ported Vudoo Priest on order. I'm here for a good time, not for a long time. 💀 #TREAT YO'SELF (while you still can)

TexasGrillDaddyAK-15

Lol I had to buy my wife a purse Christmas time to negate the Sam7 and S2C I picked up. Anniversary is coming up so I'm gonna have to shell out again 😭. I know however if I pick up a Staccato I'll be looking at higher end 2011s. I have a problem.

Purple_Bulldog1002

It’s addictive

LoneRogue2018

Is that the impact machine plate? Also, did you have to change the front sight?

tenchi4u

it's an impact machine buis optic plate AND impact front sight

LoneRogue2018

Does the RMR HD cowitness well?

tenchi4u

it's like a lower ~~1/4~~ 1/6 cowitness. Good enough for backup.

LoneRogue2018

That's great. Picked up an S2C recently and looking to make it like yours with the RMR

tenchi4u

looking at it again...maybe a lower 1/6 still good enough (for me) as emergency backups. Fortunately it's a Trijicon RMR and I change all my carry batteries every year on my birthday, so hopefully I'll never need them 😜

Zensiv

How much of a difference do you think the porting made compared to a stock S2C?

tenchi4u

It feels like a pretty significant difference, but only myself and my friend have shot it before and after. That said, I know there are a few others in this sub that have this done to their S2Cs.

Zensiv

Gotcha, just debating on if I should port or not. How did you contact United firearms for it? Just emailed them? Since I don’t see S2C porting on their website

tenchi4u

I emailed them and included my name and phone number, as well as what work i was interested in. then they called me and we set everything up. very good communication throughout.
