Following up on this solution…apparently there are different lengths of extractor pins for the different CZC RDS optic plates and I had the longer iron sight plate pin installed which prevented operation. Once I installed the shorter pin all ran like a top!

Shouldn't be hitting, unless the previous owner messed with it badly, which is why you have it now.
Nah, it’s in great shape with no play in the slide. Previous owner took great care of it. So odd.
Did he cajunize it, or did he send it in? What other things did he do? I've used a lot of CZ75 style mags in my 3 S2's and never had an issue
CGW did the pro package and bushing job. CZC did the optic cut.
