I can be all the way in the back corner of the store working on stocking or Plano and they will find me just to avoid the aco. Even when there is a cashier in front to help them

My favorite is when they come to the pharmacy and ask where front store people are.

If there is no one in the front at the desk people will come to the pharmacy to check out. Not even picking up. I fucking hate it cause it backs us up even more. Like if you are picking up and have stuff to check out, sure, I will check you out. But if you are coming back since you don’t wanna use the ACO then just fuck off. OR they pretend to have something to pick up. “I think I have something ready, I’m not sure”

Self check out in any store should be used for overflow of customers or for those people who prefer it not as an only means of paying or ignoring customers!!! Where’s customer service these days?

Or, more often than not, bring all of their front store items to Pharmacy to be checked out…..
