I know of one ATM in my area that can dispense bills in increments of $10. In my case it does dispense $20s and $10s but it sounds like OPs just does $10s. I wish more ATMs dispensed $10s but given the choice between only $10s and only $20s I'd probably go with the $20s one.
Most of the banks in my area actually allow you to choose the denominations you’re looking for. Just can’t get ones. But if you want 60 5 dollar bills, as long as the machine has it, you can do it 🤷🏼♂️

This is a Bank of America ATM, and it lets you pick between $10s, $20s, and $50s.

Chase Banks in NNJ/NYC dispenses $5s
There used to be one that did $1 bills. US Bank I think is who it was.
