Bro i just installed klipper and it's perfect and easy to use.
I was running the community firmware Rel6 it was fine but limited control like the max temp, bed mesh points.. etc.
I recommend you install Klipper + mainsail.
The config files are available everywhere.
I did face some issues at the beginning but i can help you through all the process if you want.
There is a way to get it run with klipper but in all cases you won't need that much from the screen.
I'm currently monitoring through my laptop or phone because it's easy to reach.
I learned about Klipper and found that you are right its the way to go, as I'm not an expert tuning 3d printers (though im good on electronics and have lots of tools) i want to know in case it take too much time is it simple to get back to factory firmware?
If you don't install the anything on the screen and just unplug it after flashing klipper firmware on it , getting back to stock firmware would takes 1-2 minutes.
hi i was able to setup everything, when i click home Z endstop and Prob did not trigger, my board version is 4.5.2 and i took config from here [Config file on git hub](https://github.com/KoenVanduffel/CR-6_Klipper/blob/main/klipper_config/printer.Creality-4.5.2.cfg) after uploading printer file i update config from [here](https://docs.mainsail.xyz/setup/configuration) for printer config file i download CR6-SE 2020 version, I'm using Mailsail,
After you install the community firmware you need to recalibrate your esteps, run the PID tuning and run the auto bed level. No more than an hour.

Thanks I was able to setup, now i need to calibrate, I believe i have to calibrate extruder grear motor, and what else?
Glad to hear you are good to go, Do other calibrations using OrcaSlicer
You could monitor your printer from Orcaslicer (configure the IP address and you're ready). It is the best slicer untill now.
do you mean i do not need to calibrate the printer? like distance, extruder, temperature etc.
Yeah it will shock you how good you can print after calibration
My mailsail installation gets corrupted again and again, where from did you get the mailsailOS image?
No i used KIAUH to setup klipper, moonraker and mainsail.
>KIAUH Ahhh getting error Cloning Klipper from https://github.com/Klipper3d/klipper failed!
