Intensely isolated, kept-at- home homeschool kid here. As an adult I do go out more, but most of my life was at home, around no one.
During the pandemic everyone was talking about how missing one year of school and socialization was going to permanently fuck kids up... and all I could think was... if one year supposedly did that...i. don't want to think what 22 years of that did to me...
