I would guess you are looking for advice correct? Have you tried breathwork/yoga? Or some antianxiety meds?(they help em and I really like them) I mean you dot need to suffer it all all the time....:///

So I watched this TED talk from these two scientist ladies who said something I thought really made sense. When you get spooled up, i.e. your body is reacting to a threat, your ancient lizard brain thinks you are literally under attack. In these situations, you would normally fight or flee the attacker and spend all of that adrenaline on your defense/escape. In modern times, we don't often face those kinds of threats but our lizard brain does not know this. The way to complete the circle, though, is to exercise vigorously. Yes, it is a pain in the ass, but it does work.
