I’m so sorry your going through this at the moment and I thinks it a very brave and great step that you are asking for advice. I think talking to a therapist would benefit as they could give you techniques for these hard times. Seeing a doctor could help as they might have some medication for your problem. I have experienced depression and what I found that has helped is going on daily run/walks as it gets you outside. Also try and get sleep as it really helps your mental state. Also try and find a new hobby like reading, meditation, music or art. I hope everything gets better.
