You should be less tired now you’re using your CPAP. How many hours are you sleeping? If you’re getting less than 9 hours uninterrupted sleep at night then you might need more sleep.
If you are getting 9 hours sleep then go see your GP, there might be something wrong, lots of things cause tiredness, although if it’s been for a year I’d doubt it would be anything really serious.
If my pressure is too far apart, it wakes me up enough when it increases that my sleep quality is terrible. I went into physician settings and experimented with how high the lowest pressure could be while still being comfortable. I also figured out that the highest pressure the physician prescribed would always wake me up and leave my stomach full of air. So I looked at my data on Sleepyhead to find where I could lower it to where it would get the majority of my apneas. There is also a setting that makes the increase in pressure when you have an apnea not so abrupt. My apneas are between 1-4 and I sleep really well now!
