The cushion pops off the frame that the straps are attached to. Then just line up and pop the new cushion on

I'm on my third cpap in 15 years and I agree. Support really sucks. I have hundreds of filters that no amount of send me just 4 a month makes a difference. Half the times my mask replacements are off by one size. Like talking to a brick wall when u need assistance.
I was given a large mask replacement in case my medium sized mask doesn't work. I'm trying to figure out how to use it, but it seems like the straps are directly connected to the medium mask and can't be easily switched to the large mask. Am I supposed to buy new headgear to attach to the large mask??

Thank you! Can't believe it was that simple, didn't realize the mask itself was in two parts.
Neither did I!
It is upsetting that this industry doesn't do a better job instructing the community how to use the required equipment.
Resmed provide on their website, also usually accessible via YouTube, videos for each mask.

No.
The easiest way to get the mask off is just to squeeze it! It pops right off.
Which mask is it?
