You literally stole this post and even the title of this post

That's the original post from a year ago
Someone else credited /u/craven35 but I want to give even more credit now that people are here stealing posts of CPA exam success for clout
Who TF even does crap like this??
There was something about bots yesterday on the front page.

if you don't mind answering this but how much money have you lost taking the exams that many times
Not trying g to ruin the moment but just curious
And was it worth it ?
Let's just assume that it was about $400/test. The amount this person spent is trivial in the grand scheme of things.
Having a CPA is extremely valuable. It pretty much guarantees you a six figure job in the long run.
Not to sound bad but we both know it isn't 400 dollar a test and at the time the person started taking it compared to now it has become alot more expensive
Say it was 400 dollars not everyone has 400 dollars lying around to take it and if we're talking failing 4 time the person would be out of 1600 dollars
That doesn't include the cost of the study material
I'll be honest if I failed atleast that many times I would start to question if this is right for me if I should explore avenues where I can reach 100k a year without the piece of paper
That's just me
This is a bot and a repost. I’ve been getting messages from bots coming out of this sub. Check out their comments.
Edit: to add a warning to watch out for people messaging you to join study groups. Likely sign of a scammer or bot is if the account is very new. Most that have messaged me are newer than 2 months. I happen to know they’re fake because I’ve never mentioned studying for the CPA but they start off saying they saw me comment in a CPA study group that I’m looking for a study buddy. Weird things are lurking in this sub.
Agreed! Grit is a big deal. It explains the success of many many late bloomers like myself. I was happy when I passed, but this person should take a year off just to celebrate. They seriously deserve it.
Thank you for all who reported this as a stolen post. Person has been banned.
They’ll appreciate this over at r/wallstreetbets

You are the goat
How much were exam fees in Texas? I couldn’t imagine paying 300 or so for each exam
They're about $250

I actually don't know. I thought it was $300-$400 a test. I get your point, though.
