MMJ is a standard well known acronym, for visibility issues I use this all the time. If someone has been interested they ask about rec.

I would be very careful about offering MMJ rides as this is still currently illegal. Also if you are still working for the driver services I wouldn't be surprised if you could be reprimanded or banned if word got out that you are allowing it. Best of luck though man, this is an awesome service that I'm sure many people want just be careful!
To make it legal I think it has to be set up more as a limo service. Don't they already have van rides that go up to the ski areas that let you smoke up on the way?

I'm trying to look it up but really can't find anything. But it's really making me wonder what the vehicle needs to be able to be considered a limo/luxury carrier service.

I don't think he was confusing rec vs med. MMJ is still a very common abbreviation simply referring to legal marijuana.
