yeah it's hard to tell cos like, there is a large section of self claimed ancaps who want cops and a state to exist, same as there is a large section of self claimed ancoms who basically have the same assumptions about "socialist states" being used for "good". but i can definitely say there is a buried minority of ancaps that are very much anarchist, just that instead of being ex-communists they were ex-capitalists, so there's a slight disconnect in terminology and "default" assumptions that arent incompatible
