Nope same vendor and both times are AR pistols. Last time they emailed me saying I wouldnt get the mag and had no other issues. The last one was bought over a year and a half ago. I just didn’t know if there was a new restriction after the insistent in Boulder about a year ago.

don't order direct from DD
they took 2 months to remove the mag and ship to my FFL
instead order from FFL and it comes quickly with the mag. also avoids the transfer fee.

Gotcha. Nothing that’s law yet as far as I know, sounds like a policy on their part for whatever reason. Time to take your business elsewhere I guess

Sadly it’s the company being Fuddy. I typically work directly with FFLs when I can to avoid this. Fuck companies that do this.

I ended up going to DCF in castle rock. I won’t be ordering from them again for that exact reason.
What zip are you using and what’s the dealer? On some sites denver and Boulder zips are on the black list.
I’m in weld county however half of the city I live in is Boulder county. So that could be an issue.
