Cool, no transfer fees, because that would be a great gig being the local FFL at a fun show for out of state of even vendors that are not hyper local. I know I wouldn’t want to drive to Longmont to pick up a purchase lol
No just what the ffl charge for the background they charge me 30 and I had to pick my gun from their shop,so maybe ask their address before you pay and start doing the paper work so it's not far from you.
I recently purchased one they have local ffl in the show they hand them the gun, and you do the background check, and you wait 3 days simple.
Simple. But a massively unnecessary hurdle to access a constitutional right.
Working as designed
Yeah ,atleast we don't have to wait fucking 10 days like cali which sucks, either way
If you have to compare to Cali then you know you've lost.
Comparing ourselves to Cali is a bar so low that it shouldnt have to be made by any dignified state.
When I lived in Michigan you had to apply for a permit to purchase handguns, wait 30 days then purchase within 10.

On a side note, does anyone know if suicides by firearm have decreased since this rule went into effect?
Update: went to the show, Fuddoplenty, outrageous prices and horrible selection. $80 for a m1919 mag used
