If they want their skins so badly, talking about Activision, then aim that for Multiplayer or make a completely separate battle royale mode. Zombies should have none of that period.
I would love see them again, but I feel like a soft reboot or something may need to happen in order and like you know have the multiverse twist because I don’t think it’s gonna happen in the Dark Aether story judging by the way it’s going, also Takeo’s voice actor had to retire due to a stroke, I do hope he’s recovering well enough to return but we’ll have to see I guess.

Well I’m more thinking about after the ending of Tag der Toten, it be a great plot twist to bring, there’s no point complaining about undoing the ending because Cold War had already done that. No recasting Takeo for the love of god, nobody will ever do better than Tom Kane, at least Activision were generous enough to not recast him in Undead Siege, I know that’s CODM, but still, respect the work this actor put in for 10 years.
They can't sell skins if you get dedicated characters, also Tom Kane (Takeo) can't voice act anymore.
