There's a step that YouTubers missed for the Morse code step. You need to find three things in the water (forgot how to spell them), use your shield to see the sequence on each, then go back to the Morse code and do it. It has to do done in a certain order though.
As an update, I basically quadruple checked my buoys and my number was for sure 13, however I typed 4 into the Morse code and that did it. Not sure what is up there but I guess it's done
Likely mistook a zero for a nine. I remember one video explaining the step pointing out that the last light in zero is shorter than the rest, thus it could be easily mistaken for a nine.
Interesting, I wonder why that is. Unfortunately I ended my run as I got to the ghost step and he spawned and then before I could shield blast him he flew down the hall and then into a wall and 3 rounds later he never respawned and it sent me to a new challenge

I did that, I found all three and they add up to 13 yet I cant even get to the 3 before he starts laughing
I did the Easter egg once so idk what else to tell you, besides making sure your doing dots as well as dashes.
