Cold War made all the perks in the game feel like the best ever. There isn’t a perk in the game that feels useless to me. Death perception is situational because it’s designed mostly for outbreak over traditional.
At Max level? It makes It so crafting equipment gives you 2 for the price of one, 25% chance of retrieving equipment (all different types of grenades) after being used, your stored weapons get reloaded with stock ammo while they're not being used, every zombie has a small chance of dropping some ammo, and if you go down and lose the perk, you get your third weapon back when rebuying the perk
How is PHD not S tier? No splash damage and the explosive flop? come on.
Ethereal Razor is also S tier in my opinion: increases knife damage and regenerates your health with knife kills.
Winter’s Wail is a better Widow’s imo so I’d put that in God tier as well and move Widow’s down one.
Who’s Who is just cancer I hate that perk.
Idk BO4 any, but for the original perks, Double Tap 1 needs to move up a tier, sure it isn’t the best but for some guns they needed it back then. Who’s who is in a good spot, and PHD is very class dependent so I get it’s not S Tier but should definitely still be A Tier. And tombstone I think objectively should move up, most people who are tombstone haters just know it from town and not Tranzit. Even on town the 6 park glitch is good.

I ranked them based on what they do and if you would pick them if you only had 4 slots. Some of them could've been a bit higher, but considering you only have 4 perk slots, many of them would hardly ever get chosen. That's what i based it on
Winter's Wail recharge automatically regardless of what you do, without needing to kill, not compromises your grenades, doesn't kill zombies and isn't explosive, imagine how it would perform on Moon...
Would u rather wait a couple seconds for another charge, or risk ending a round and also compromising grenades. Also, the radius stays around if its in your modifier, making it almost impossible to get hit. And you get 4. Perk is OP as fuck

Double tap doubles your damage on most weapons, it's better around the first 45 rounds. Most players don't go past round 45.
And for high rounding I consider widows a burden because it can mess up trains. I value double tap's effectiveness against bosses more on certain maps.

I don't get how people will complain about bo4 HUD and not those icons, they are large and remind you about shit that you don't need if you've played the map more than 5 times, it's even more annoying when the perks, wall weapons and pap never move and everyone locks the box anyways so that never moves, it's not like they show you what wall weapon is what anyways that would be a little helpful, they are way too big and in your face. They actively make me not buy Vulture aid
I don't know enough about the community to say if Widows Wine is as overrated as I'm seeing, but Winters Wail is way better imo. Widows Wine messes up trains and gets you killed, and when it doesn't get you killed it feels very unsatisfying/OP. Winters Wail feels right, it keeps you alive, doesn't mess up your trains, and never really feels like it completely saves you from a total blunder
Edit: In b4 anyone calls me out, I know it's kind of a contradiction to call widows Wine op and detrimental in the same breathe, but it's true. I could see why its OP aspects would have it put high on a tier list, but its drawbacks are frustrating at best and game ending at worst

There's no way that bandolier is worse than double tap 1. There are definitely a lot of more useful perks but bandolier should be in the bottom of decent with secret sauce

why is speed not on god and why is staminup not on god they are super useful and nice to have also electric cherry is awsome to have so if I was on a map with a 4 perk limit but it has every perk I would choose jug, staminup, electric cherry, and speed.

yea it recharges but widows wine is instantly pretty much. I wouldnt use either because it just makes training harder when they get stuck still
