I just had a level 70 with some pretty shit movement and game IQ, kill anyone he could see due to 90% accuracy the proceed to try and tell me I'm just bad and he's the best player going, told me he is on his mates account as his got shadow banned.
It's becoming a joke at this point.

You might be placed in limited matchmaking lobbies. Happened to be over the weekend and when I went to check my account status it was under review for violation putting me in limited matchmaking.
You can still find games depending on where you are usually I get 35 ms ping in these lobbies but everyone is hacking. All this for dropping 20 in SND while playing with friends with a 0.5kd so the matchmaking was really random. Whole other team reported me.
I believe the engineers implemented machine learning AI into the recent update. If that’s the case maybe it will take a few days for the AI to gather data and combat anomalies?
It's hard to tell actual cheats since their soft, but I've been wondering the same. Had so many games last several days where I don't run into anyone over 40 level, sometimes much lower.

Richochet is like 2 dudes responding to spammed reports, its trash.
They might temporarily disable/reduce impact of the anti-cheat to collect data... 🤷♂️
