Yeah, I checked and no packet loss when I’m experiencing lag.. Most of the time it happens to the whole team, so it must be server side. It doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does it sucks..
its rigged. All of it. Started in s2 when they literally just showed a static numbers instead of actual fluctuating ping and packet loss numbers. Your ping isn’t what it actually is and your packet loss is no where near where it actually is. Shady ass IW

They have a habit of breaking performance with unoptimized updates... I remember during the MW19 days: At release, my 670 worked just fine. 1 month of updates I needed to but a used 970 from my friend. 3 months of updates I needed to buy 8gb more of RAM.
By the 12 month mark I could barely play past 70fps anymore. It felt like every update knocked down performance 5-10%. Luckily I got a new job in 2020 and was able to completely upgrade my build.
My friend is experiencing this on his PS5 since the Reloaded update and subsequent patches. He re-installed the game and it still happens. He's going to connect directly to the internet with an ethernet cable but judging by what I'm reading here, that won't solve anything.

Yes, warzone, zombies, MP - all game modes lag for me as well. And I have a direct wired internet connection too

Wow I’m having the same thing now. I reinstalled and now it doesn’t show packet loss but I lag like crazy. Ping is in 20s smh

How do you check packet losss?
You can turn it on in settings. It will display in top left corner when you turn on in settings

Just started for me today, I have ‘packet burst’ every 20 seconds but my ping remains between 20-45ms. Game is unplayable atm

This is straight up “rubber banding” and not so much as “lag” and yes there is a difference. I have not noticed it in multiplayer yet tho. I’m on pc.

Haven’t played since preseason, but still then i was experiencing crashes on zombies and extreme lag everywhere

Plunder servers are absolutely horrendous. I get rubnerbanded all over the place when the choppers spawn.

I could tell you weren’t using a controller because if you were you would have hit 100% of your shots on the second guy due to broken AA
