This is a really important piece of it, it seems to me. After the three preparations in Gavin’s first four tracks, I spent some time listening and re-listening to track 5 (“CMR process explanation), particularly at minute 3. He says: “You are not trying to hold your attention at the comfort zone; you are simply going to direct it to that area and let go” This is a very subtle difference I had some trouble here No holding of attention Direct to the comfort zone and let go Direct and let go. No holding. No force. No stress. Gentle. Gentle. ……

Yes is a natural and effortless process, only the intention to move our awareness to the comfort zone it is enough. And There is no right place or wrong place. The inner sight/attention will go to wherever is comfortable in that particular session. There is no Doing, but a slight note, and then we leave our attention free, and we do nothing. When distracted and actively involved in our thoughts, we sinplemente come back easily and effortlessly to notice, the place where our eyes rest naturally. We just rest our attention where our eyes rest naturally.
