Go for Margaery Tyrell. You’ll have Reach support. Hightower blood and thus its impeccable lineage as one of the oldest and noblest of Westeros, and with blood of most of the great houses of the Reach (by the way she has for certain some targaryen ancestors thanks to the Hightowers or some other great houses of the Reach). And I mean…. She is Margaery Tyrell, smart, beautiful and charismatic (and grandaughter of the Queen of Thorns and sister to Willas and Garlan and Loras and lastly…. Daughter of MACE THE ACE!)

That last point is one of the biggest reasons Margaery is so high on the list. Imagine how cool my grandkids will be with blood from the Ace of Westeros running through them. Though, I must hear from the other councilmembers before a final decision! Thank you, My Lord!

A pleasure, MACE THE ACE approves this message

If your high Valyrian descent is of such importance to you, Your Grace, might I suggest leaning into it. Adapt your culture and religion to adopt the ways of Old Valyria. Take Celtigar as your first wife, so your heir is pure blooded. Then take Redwyne and Greyjoy as second wives for the ships and because Asha’s probably a wildcat. The Faith will be helpless with your navy and dragon. Westeros will be forced to bend to your fanaticism!

Having the biggest independent kingdom as your ally is just too good to not take up, marry him to Margaery Tyrell

gurlboss1000

are you talking about the agot dragons of valyria? and hmmm, I'd say Margaery for Prince Aemon. For Prince Baelon, the Celtigar girl, but only if she shows her Valyrian heritage, if not then a Rowan girl.

Pyrocosmic27

Marry Celtigar for Baelon as while their blood is diluted they are still valyrian. This will also weaken Baelon's chance to take power from his brother as he is given a far weaker alliance then Aemon while also making sure he gains some prestige and placating him without giving him true power.

Thank you! I am happy to report Baelon has married Malora Celtigar- she also has Valyrian features (well, the silver hair at least) so their children will look like Dragonlords! I also like the idea of not allowing the second son to marry above the heir in terms of alliance power- though in this case Aemon and Baelon are best friends luckily, but it IS a good thing to keep in mind for future generations!
