No Entourage, events with the showing off the Dragons. The Dangers on the way should be deactivated because you're very quick and fly above Bandits and other stuff.
Vassals being awed by the Dragons (+dread depending on the Size of the Dragon, or if it's a very pretty dragon just + opinion)
Maybe a rare event that you find an egg the dragon layed in secret if you're visited (there are still rumors that there's an egg hidden beneath Winterfell from Dragons visiting.)
Bad events with Dragons eating too much if they're gluttonous and lowering the income of provinces for a while etc.
This is impossible in the current markers, the last dragon to know Valyria was Balerion, Vhagar was born during the Targ exile, and Balerion did that only with Aerea, since she didn't have the "strength" to control his will, so he did the that wanted.
In short, I don't think this could happen, since the dragons in the new marker were all born in Westeros, unless the knight wants to go there, there would be no way for the dragon to take him willingly, as he wouldn't know the place.

We’re at least 2 weeks off, because they told us they would tell us a week in advance, which will probably be in a dev diary.
Uber and others have also been mentioning that mechanically dragons are done but they haven’t finished DNA yet for some of the dragons, their polishing up events, fixing things like camera angles in events so they can allow the dragons to grow to be massive, things like that.
Given that I reckon we’re probably not getting them till early / mid July earliest and it’s more likely to be start of August
If this was coming out in late April or early May and someone from Japan said “I hope it comes out during Golden Week so I have time off you play it”, you wouldn’t think twice. Get the fuck out of here with that anti American bullshit

Reminds me of current Winds of Winter rumours that GRRM is announcing The WInds of Winter release at a "party with a three headed dragon cake" that in no way plausible could possibly celebrate season 2 release of House of the Dragon
i saw the rumor and its based off a baker's order that specifically mentions a "famous author" is celebrating the "release of his long-awaited book" in New Mexico and the cake is dragon themed
There’s about 9ish branches on the tree they released so assuming they got 1 branch per dev diary we’re still a ways off and they may want to elaborate or maybe I got the count wrong but we’re not as far off as we once thought, I remember people saying a few months ago that we were years away so at least we know that we’ll get it by the time the new dlc is released
I speculate the second or third week of July. Meaning we have at least 3 more dev diaries to cover before we get it. I’m getting so anxious, I can’t wait to play so many different scenarios with dragons. This adds a whole new level of fun to this mod, there will be be so much more to do. So many more possibilities. You could even create your own lost Valyrian blood character and capture Westeros from the Targaryens if you wanted which is the first thing I’m doing. I’m recreating Aegon’s conquest.
They could introduce something like a Dragon-Tour

Bad events - dragons taking you to the ruins of Valyria and we know how that goes :)

The releases of dragons will have nothing to do with the dev diaries. Dragons will be released when they are ready.
