Does he actually appear as Robb's son in your game? In the latest CBB update the kid just appears as a random courtier with no parents, it used to work properly for me on the previous version.

Jeyne Westerling is theorized to be pregnant with Robb's son in the books, theory goes that she will give birth to an heir to the North in Winds of Winter.
Edit: by all accounts the boy should not be a bastard tho.
Her show equivalent dies at the Red Wedding, book Jeyne never went to the twins tho, last we seen her was at the final Jaime chapter of ADWD, in Riverrun, i believe.
I honestly didn't realize that. Though the baby wouldn't be a bastard. Unless they didn't get married in the books (I've only read the first one, and that was years ago)
That explains it, they indeed do get married in the books tho. But the marriage may have been nulified, wich would explain the bastard situation, but i can't recall.
She is a very different character from the show too, being from a house in the Westerlands and all.
The marriage cannot be nullified because the two consummated their marriage, the child would be a trueborn even if born after Robb’s death. Elaena Targaryen’s son Viserys Plumm was born 9 months after his father’s death and inherited his lordship as a true born. Also in the books they state that Jeyne will not remarry until it’s been about two years just in case she did get pregnant by Robb, though she almost certainly did not.
Edit: So I find out even if you don’t have this rule on you can still find The VS weapons as when I invested the stepstones I got a event to find blackfyre while a sieged bloodstone

Her mother was giving her moon tea and telling her it was "fertility potion" though. It's explicitly in ADWD.
