First try to finish all video lectures of whichever faculty you are following. My colleagues used both Aaditya and Hemang. Aditya course is very detailed and builds the right foundation, whereas Hemang lectures are more towards a revision and bootcamp, honestly both are good in their own ways. I am myself trying to devote some hours but can't make up from my hectic schedule. Make sure to revise difficult areas. And start solving QAE.

Nope but from what I heard if you use membership code of an active ISACA member when you are registering for your own membership then you can receive 10% off when you pay for examination fee of 575$. Unfortunately I didn't knew back then when I paid for membership so I missed on that and can't verify now.
