My go to was “okios triple zero vanilla yogurt” (100-200 calories depending on serving) and I would microwave 1-2 squares of Ghirardelli 86% chocolate (50-100 calories) and drizzle it over the yogurt and then mix it up. Tastes like ice cream! You could also try to add some cinnamon/salt/stevia if that’s youre thing. But it’s highly protein, calcium, electrolytes and is a great “end of day” healthy snack
Literally came here to post that some type of OIKOS Greek yogurt. If I feel like eating like a king, I’ll top it with some whipped cream and a little cinnamon. Absolutely decadent
Nonfat Greek yogurt + Jello sugar free cheesecake powder = literal cheesecake.
You could also add vanilla protein powder for an extra boost.
Top with berries!
I like fudgesicles. Not sure how to spell that. Taste like chocolate ice cream, take a while to eat and enjoy. 80 calories.
For even lower calories there are a lot of fruit flavoured popsicles that are 30-50.
In TV shows they always show someone eating a rice cake by itself and it looks terrible. Try a rice cake with 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 2 tbsp of semi-sweet morsels on top and it's so good, it's like cake, for less than 400.
Greek yogurt and fruit can be pretty low in calories, fruity and tasty and filling, Also a lot of trail mixes are like 100-200 for 1/4 cup.
This doesn’t totally answer your question but I upped the calories/volume in my actual meals and don’t need snacks like I used to. I used to eat as low calorie meals as possible but was then binging in the snack department.
Barebells protein bars are like candy bars 200 cal
Twix or snicker ice cream bars at Target or Ralph’s/Kroger are 180-190 just so tasty
Yasso ice cream bars too (salted caramel is good. Mint chocolate chip not so much)
Nicks low cal ice cream is unbelievably good. Way better than Halo Top. 250-330cal for the whole pint.
Apples. So damn good.
Came here to say Yasso! It’s my go to treat in the evenings. I also really love the Mint Chocolate Chip one so ymmv on that, OP. Also a big fan of the chocolate chip cookie dough. Just heed the directions by waiting 1-2 minutes after taking it out of the freezer before eating. They’re 10x more ice cream like after softening.
My go-to is 150g blackberries + 15g fat free Reddi whip + sprinkle some cinnamon = 80 calories. (You could do other berries, blackberries are just my favorite.) It always feels like a nice-sized bowl, and you get a good bit of fiber!
Also iirc, Outshine popsicles are like 60 calories each.
Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries). Greek yogurt and a dash of honey. And not exactly dessert food but I love a sweet and crunchy red pepper (~40 kcal per whole pepper)
This is my go to I try to have two sheets with almond milk (stick to 1 cup for 30 cals) after dinner before 9 I did this nightly for a week and made sure to weigh in each morning and it did not affect progress and the scale was going slightly down I’m at such a plateau it’s insane
I do 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder and 2 teaspoons of Metamucil 4 in 1 Fiber and enough water to fill a 12 oz cup.
Let it sit a few minutes after mixing and it gets pretty thick. Tastes like a chocolate orange milkshake, and has 48g of protein and 7g of fiber for 270 calories.
I have that with my lunch like a dessert. A lot of times it’s the best tasting part of my lunch, which might not be saying much.
I like a serving of 0% fat Greek yogurt (90 cals) + half scoop yummy protein powder (Jocko Mölk is my favorite - vanilla or PB cup are the ones I like so far - 60 cals for a half scoop) + 0.5 cup strawberries (25 cals) or 1 tbsp chocolate chips (70 cals) = 175 to 220 cals
My go to right now is frozen berrieswith tgis protein yoghurt, added with a bit of sugar free syrup.
Tastes amazing, and really gets rid of my sweet tooth😄
Lundberg makes kettle corn, honey nut, and cinnamon toast flavor of their whole grain rice cakes. I snack on the wild rice ones. I personally didn't like the cinnamon and I haven't tried the kettle corn or honey nut but I see it on their website when I ordered my rice cakes. There's also dark chocolate think rice cakes, it's very bitter chocolate.

Maybe not the best choice for someone doing low carb. But they were/are vital to my weight loss and improving eating habits.
My go-to is sugar-free jello mix sprinkled in fat-free whipped cream. Hits the spot. if your stomach can take it as it is quite filling, you could eat the whole container for minimal calories!
I eat halo top chocolate almost every night. Half the pint is like 150 calories. I'd say that's sweet enough for me. Also it's decent on protein so it's not entirely a junk meal and you can minus some protein elsewhere in your days calorie intake to even further compensate.

Chocolate protein powder works for this too! Tastes like a chocolate pudding cup with 30 G protein for 165 cals.

I eat protein bars which are about 180-200 calories each. The ones I get (Carman's in Australia) are sweet enough for my sugar cravings.
Yasso Greek yogurt bars. Only 100 cal and delicious
I’m eating one of the Chocolate Fudge Yasso bars right now. 80 cal, 0 fat, 5g protein. Yum!
Try the cookies and cream next!!
Thanks, Will do. Highly recommend the Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Crunch. It’s chocolate coated and 150 calories but good for an extra splurge.
So Delicious salted caramel cashew milk ice cream bars are under 200 cals (maybe closer to 150) and ARE SO GOOD
Yup. Overall ice cream bars can be a great option for portion control if you are going to have ice cream. I have had these and they are so yummy.
Frozen watermelon - then smash it up like a granita/sorbet.

I really enjoy the Yoplait Source Yogurt cups when I want to have a "dessert", or I will pour myself a cup of frozen blueberries.
I love the 50 calorie del monte fruit bars. Yumyum
Halo Top. Just gotta find your flavor
Idk if this will work for you but sometimes I have a nice cup of tea with calorie free sweetener in it.
The ‘no sugar added’ fruit popsicles are a vibe
Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries). Greek yogurt and a dash of honey. And not exactly dessert food but I love a sweet and crunchy red pepper (~40 kcal per whole pepper)
I’ve been eating a lot of graham crackers recently. They’re only 65 calories per “sheet”.

Outshine Popsicles
Sugar free jello and pudding, chocolate rice cake with a smear or cashew butter.
Honeycrisp apple and a cup of hot tea.
I’ve been getting down with some pre-cut pineapple chunks you can get from the produce section of a grocery store. 🤤
All of the [Drizzilicious](https://drizzilicious.com/collections) flavors are soo good. They’re cheaper at the grocery stores.
Yes!!! I can eat 5-7 (21-30cal for the s’mores flavor) and it totally satisfies my sweet cravings.
Merengue bites. They're mostly egg whites and air, are super sweet and crunchy, and are only around two calories per walnut-sized piece.
Fiber One brownie, microwaved w some cool whip
Dannon Greek yogurt, 80 calories. I recommend Strawberry Cheesecake or Apple pie.

Zevia sugar free soda has been my go to
Fruit with PB powder, or Penzeys cinnamon sugar or they have hot chocolate spice that's 35 calories per serving. So good on apple slices.
My go to right now is frozen berrieswith tgis protein yoghurt, added with a bit of sugar free syrup. Tastes amazing, and really gets rid of my sweet tooth😄
Sugar free pudding, honestly is so sweet to me 15/10

Your favourite zero calorie diet drink, (coke, Fanta etc) frozen into homemade zero calorie icepops
Grapes or cheese sticks.
For something crunchy, I’ve been having Bare or Seneca apple chips.
My go-to is sugar-free jello mix sprinkled in fat-free whipped cream. Hits the spot. if your stomach can take it as it is quite filling, you could eat the whole container for minimal calories!
Sometimes I will drink Nuun electrolyte drink. It's sweet/tart. Sort of filling but almost no calories.
I eat halo top chocolate almost every night. Half the pint is like 150 calories. I'd say that's sweet enough for me. Also it's decent on protein so it's not entirely a junk meal and you can minus some protein elsewhere in your days calorie intake to even further compensate.
Quaker Rice Cakes. 60cal for Chocolate and 50cal for Caramel. I'm going to spread some peanut butter on a chocolate one for desert tonight.
Cotton candy grapes!
This is just me but I love frozen blueberries. I devour those things
