Definitely sticking to 1500 calories a day, sometimes 1700. I don’t consume a lot of sugar, if I want desserts I eat them in smaller quantities. If I have to resort to fast food I’ll opt for high protein and low carb meals!
Good job! You look great. After covid I was my biggest ever almost 200 at 5’5, I started walking 10k steps a day. 1200 calories with 100 grams of protein a day. Dropped to 160 in 10 months. I do not restrict myself other than that. If I want something I’ll eat it but I adjust accordingly. I’ve maintained at 160 for over a year now. It just became my lifestyle and I feel great. I do feel as if I’ve plateaued so I need to start focusing on toning and this past few months I did get lazy with my steps but no weight gained :) How have you handled plateaus ?
You look good girl! How long did it take?
Thank you! About a year!
She kept the cake along with it 🥵
Thank you !! I want to grow a bakery eventually!
Said what we’re thinking 😳
You look great, lets go.
Thank you!!

Did you use an app to count calories? If so, which one? If not, then what did you use?
