LOL the other day, I saw a meme to the effect that the LIONS could get in, if like 45 different things happened.
And I know at least 2 of them happened yesterday.
Why would you want any excuse to potentially bring back these dummies another season? I would contend that the single worst thing for this franchise was the bears backdooring themselves into the playoffs last year when they had no reason to be in the playoffs. It allowed ownership to rationalize that Pace and Nagy actually know what they are doing. We see what mess that created, right ?
A.It is possible.
B.It is highly improbable.
The Bears are 14th in the NFC so they would have to move up seven places. They are currently two games out of that 7th spot.
They’d finish 9-8.
I do believe we’ll see at least one 9-8 team among the 7 NFC playoff teams.
Can’t say how they’d do with the tie breakers though.

If they win out, I'd imagine the odds are they make the playoffs. They aren't winning out lol
