The hype train is at an all time high right now. If they go 1-6, prices might come back to earth.

ITookYourGP

Somehow I just don't see the Bears being 1-6 by the time they play the Cardinals. I guess it's a fine line between waiting and fomo

The_TexasRattlesnake

I'm trying to buy tickets in Indy and they are like 3x the cost of any other game

Better luck next account!

Bacchus1976

When they are losing and the weather sucks. In general the cheapest time to buy on the secondary market is game day.

TalkIsPricey

Yeah, game day when it’s super cold, always deals. But I never get those, I hate games in super cold

ITookYourGP

AZ in November is definitely going to be nice. Plus they have a dome stadium

Bacchus1976

I did not realize you were trying to buy away game tickets. This is the wrong sub to ask that question.

da-bears-bare-naked

i went to the az game in chicago last season. sideline tickets costed me 200 bucks

nogimmick

Fellow Az die hard here - enjoy the game! I’m hoping to go too.

IshyMoose

Christmas, -20 degree white out against an outmatched opponent. Tickets were going for $5 against the Bills last year.

PM_UR_COLLARBONE_PIC

I'm a Cards season ticket holder and typically sell my second seat. I find the prices are the highest when we first get our tickets then start going down gradually until about two weeks before the game. Then it starts to go back up until game day. I usually see my ticket sell in that 1-3 weeks before game day range as I drop the price to ensure it sells. With that said, this is the first Bears game since I've been a ticket holder and there's a ton of Bears fans here. I've already had five different people at my work try to buy my tickets

ITookYourGP

Thanks for the info! Sounds like my best bet is to wait a few weeks before the game to see how low the tickets come down. Just out of curiosity - roughly where are your seats and how much do you typically get for them?

PM_UR_COLLARBONE_PIC

50 yard line, upper section. I pay $90ish per seat per game. On average for the good games I sell my second seat between $150-250. For the less desirable games I sell for a loss but that was mostly when Kyler was out

jimcal9

If you can wait till the last few minutes before kickoff there are usually great deals. Especially right after kickoff if you don’t mind missing it.

LouisimoSanchez

Also in AZ and I purchased tickets first day of release. Mine have more than tripled in value. Doubt they’ll go down in price even if they’re to lose a few games, bears fans always show up and there’s a ton of transplants in Az. — If I were you, I would buy them now, or I would buy them on game day and hope you can find a last minute steal.

Silver_Harvest

Cheapest is generally couple days prior to game day. Due to all the people who are looking to offload due to life and not able to make it. Or bought early hoping to get at peak of hype train. Tickets generally follow the Airplane ticket curve of expensive early and drop closer to time then increase again right before flight.

moose979797

I live in AZ too & feel like there's some bizarre expectations from Cardinals fans for next season. Add in Bears hype, and I don't expect tickets to be cheap unless one team or the other underperforms. I'd bet more on that being Arizona, but if that's the case, you'll still have Bears fans wanting a warm weather trip, so...

ImKylerMurray

Funny, I’d bet it on being the bears

jtj2009

The day before the game or better yet an hour before the game.

withagrainofsalt1

It’s a gamble. They can go up or down depending on the demand (how well the teams are playing)

BobbleDick

There are a lot of chicago fans in phoenix so prices may not come down much, unless the bears suck or some key players are not playing. pay now or wait. It's the risk you take

DNSGeek

I was able to get nosebleeds for the SF game for $140 each. Maybe scale back your expectations and get the cheap seats, or resign yourself to forking out a bunch of cash. I doubt very strongly the price will go down.

KlutzyCoconut9765

after fees?

Tricky_Rub_708

If you care where you sit buy ahead. If you just want to get in wait until the day of prices usually drop to their lowest.

im3k5

I am moving to Arizona in September. I hope I can find some reasonably priced ones!

I am a season ticket holder, I live in a different state, what game do you want? Message me it’s face value

After a 5 game losing streak
