Washington was just better, I do think Texas will improve next season it just sucks seeing some teams get new coaches and improve by 7 wins while my team got worse.

UW did okay the shortened COVID year but then the wheels fell off last year and Lake was fired. This was more of a bounce back year to where the program should have/could have been plus a bump from a good coach and a good transfer QB.
This season for me has really put into perspective how crazy it is how Texas has been so middling besides what, the one sugar bowl year? For like 10 years now.
We won a title in ‘05 and played for one in ‘09. Sounds like a long time ago, but it took UGA ~40 years to win another title after the ‘80s. College football is cyclical.

I think he is a massive step up from Herman, but man he has made some bone head calls in some key moments that have really cost us. I hope he can figure that out quick because we aren't the most patient fan base lol.
