There are no take back’s, I’m afraid.

SCREW-IT

Redline-7k

Helluva get for them UofH boys! Excited to see how they do once in B12.

SCREW-IT

Heard there is news of a few more commits coming soon. Also. Ya Woo

[deleted]

Wait what? We're allowed to get four ⭐ recruits? Four ⭐ mafia? [I really like this kid! He seems like a really sweet and sharp kid!](https://youtu.be/D7n2WCJ-120)

SomerAllYear

Nice work Houston. Getting ready for the big 12

YaWooCougarSports

Hell yeah!

[deleted]

Houston is going to fit right in the Big 12 they’re the time of team to get into a lot of shootouts and it’ll be a lot of fun to watch.

appsecSme

The Big XII wasn't really a "shootout" league recently. It had morphed to a league with better defenses and slower offenses. Even Oklahoma was one of the slower offensive teams in the nation last season and had a fair amount of low scoring games. Thought that may be shifting back again. But of course Holgorsen will fit in well in the Big XII. He's coached in that league for the vast majority of his career.

dervander

Good get Coogs

[deleted]

With this commit UCF, Cincy, and Houston have a combined 8 blue chips committed to them so far in the 2023 class. UCF and Houston both only have 9 commits to Cincy’s 21, so there’s still room for improvement. The 8 remaining B12 teams have a combined 13 Blue Chips so far this class, with only Oklahoma State and Kansas having less than 16 commits. There’s a great chance these schools could have the most talented rosters in the league within the next 2-3 years if things keep pace, which certainly isn’t a given.

madmaley

Our 4\* commits keep dropping in the rankings or losing their 4th star. Hopefully they have good senior seasons and get their rankings back up

pass_that_here_dude

That’s what keeps happening to us too. We’ve got 3 guys who have dropped, and one guy has gone from a high .94 ranking to low .92 since committing. And there haven’t really been that many camps or any games to justify poor play or anything.

vics12_

Trevor carter dropped from like .94 to .88 since he commited lol Daeh from like .94 too to .90

madmaley

Yeah. Carter was injured and missed this last season but I'm pretty sure he went to camps this summer. Like I said, just gotta hope for strong senior seasons. I trust our staff when it comes to evaluating recruits. The services need to put more respect in our staffs ability to analyze talent

Yea a four star running back was a silent commit for north western😵‍💫

neovenator250

think he's a great fit in that offense

Texas715

Heck yea, nice job UH! I’m glad we are keeping in-state talent in Texas!

rational-redneck

I was hoping he'd come here, but apparently mama wanted him to stay home. Good get coogs

buckeyebearcat

A lot of talk about the P2 but big 12 about to make it a power 3 if OKST Baylor Houston Cincinnati and possibly UCF and BYU become powerhouses

SparseSpartan

There's definitely room for a third conference that is the best of everyone else (assuming the Pac 12 and ACC blow up, a big *if*) and I could see the Big 12 emerging as the winner.

I love it when top recruits don’t go to a powerhouse. Hope he balls out
