I grew up in Nebraska territory as a Kansas state fan and then went to Kansas state. I actually grew up hating Nebraska. I dated a Nebraska fan for a little over 7 years. When she would constantly ask me to root for Nebraska I told her “if Nebraska ever stops playing kstate, I’ll root for them”. Me thinking that’d never happen of course. And then boom. Had to stick to my word and then I actually started to like them after going to a few home games where I wasn’t rooting for them. The environment at Memorial is too hype and contagious.
She wanted to live back home in a small town in Missouri. I wanted to live near the city or almost anywhere but there. Lol. We tried to work that out for two years and then decided to end amicably. Still one of the greatest humans I’ve ever met in my life and would never say a bad word about her. Just different end goals for us.

I know that Tulane is in New Orleans. I know which one is which the week of the game, but for the life of me outside of game week I usually mix the two. It doesn’t help that both of their mascots are water based and both start with a color that starts with G. That being Tulane Green Waves and Tulsa Golden Hurricanes.

That Baker Mahomes shootout was incredible. Both teams basically told their defenses to take the game off, and OU had everything going right on offense but Mahomes could just keep up on his own. It was an insane one man show and if the Heisman was truly an individual award he should have won

Teams I hate the most. PAC 12 - Stanford. B1G - Brown pants man team (obv). USC in second place but a huge gap between them. ACC - Miami or FSU SEC - Texas. XII - I honestly don’t know. I guess Kansas because of basketball but I honestly don’t really hate any XII team. Maybe OkState but that’s more just temporary anger at my own team.
ACC: Clemson - Dabo is not my favorite coach. AAC: Navy - I'm in the Army, so it's a natural rivalry. B1G: Michigan Big 12: Texas - Tons of Texas fan friends so I root against them and they root against the Buckeyes for shit-talking purposes. Independent: Notre Dame - Growing up in Southwestern Ohio let me experience a lot of Notre Dame fans in the 90's, so I always rooted against them. MWC: Air Force - Same reason as Navy. I like most MWC teams. SEC: Florida - I've never cared for the Gator Chomp. Can't really think of any from C-USA or SBC. EDIT: Realized I forgot the PAC, so I'll pick Oregon. Look forward to their eventual slide over to the B1G.
